We would hereby like to inform you that we have received information regarding your company are therefore, by law, responsible for the treatment of said data. The data we have are of a personal and tax nature, acquired also verbally, directly or through a third party, or supplied to us previously. We state that the treatment of your data is motivated by the starting or execution of contractual relations with you, already underway or being finalised.
We would like to inform you that the said data will be treated using paper, computers or telematic devices and passed to other companies, while being fully compliant with the fundamental principles stated in the legislative decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 "Code governing the protection of personal data".
Specifically, the data will be treated for the following purposes:
. contractual requirements and complying with the law in connection with civil and fiscal regulations resulting therefrom;
. the effective management of business relations including any business and promotional communication relating to our work.
The conferral of data is compulsory for anything pertaining to legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to supply the said data wholly or in part can make it impossible for the company to execute the contract and therefore the correct progress of the same.
The communications executed in fulfilment of legal or contractual obligations remaining firm, all data collected and processed can furthermore be communicated and transferred throughout the national territory only for the purposes stated above to:
. Public organisations (Insurance companies, Carabinieri, Police, Municipalities, A.S.L.health departments, State Financial administrations);
. Professionals of service companies for company administration and management operating on behalf of our company;
. Computer companies, only for what is necessary for the maintenance of Hardware and Software used in our processors;
. Banks and financing and loan companies;
. Credit recovery companies and credit insurance companies;
. Any private or public organisation, only for compliance with legal or contractual obligations.
In relation to the data treated have the right to exercise your rights as per art. 7 of law decree.196/2003, limited to and at the conditions stated in arts. 8, 9 and 10 of the afore mentioned legislative decree.
The said data will be stored even after the termination of the contractual relationship, for the fulfilment of all obligations connected or deriving from the same relationship.
