Inventing original recipes that enhance Virgilio’s products: here is the leitmotiv of the evening for Le Tamerici’s 20th anniversary celebration. Muffin with Grana Padano PDO, mascarpone and asparagus lasagne, coffe Bavarian cream with pastry teaspoons: these are the wonderful creations explained step by step. Grated Grana Padano cheese melts and blends with zucchini, mascarpone cheese makes a creamy stuffing, the pleasant consistency of Virgilio’s UHT cream amazes even during the preparation. It's an enchantment of scents and flavours.
