Virgilio is a cooperative of producers that follow and check the entire production process from the breeding to the sale of its products.
We have been certified by an external organization in order to guarantee maximum tranquility and safety.
Since January 2001 the Virgilio consortium has obtained Product Conformity Certification: the trademark CSQA guarantees the milk, cream, butter and mascarpone bearing the Virgilio brandname as produced using only national milk and cream.
