What are the differences between vegetable cream and animal cream? Which Is better?

Animal cream comes straight from milk. On a production level it generally only undergoes a process of concentration of the greasy part and a heat treatment to kill off bacteria. Vegetable cream instead is the result of a technologically longer process, derived from mixing various vegetable oils with the addition of a very sweet sugar and flavouring (usually vanilline). From the point of view of quality it is less appreaciated or genuine than animal cream but from a technological point of view many consumers prefer it to animal cream because it takes less time to whip and once whipped it takes longer to deflate.
There is also considerable diference in taste: vegetable cream has a very strong taste while animal cream tastes like milk and has therefore a more delicate taste.
