| History |
Corte Parma was established in 2001 after decades of experience in the production of cured meats in the Parma province, with the aim to provide an efficient answer to the need of packaging food products. All in line, on one side respecting tradition and quality and, on the other, answering evolving consumer demands and modernisation. Skills, professionalism and experience combine with the most advanced technologies within a production process that has obstinately conserved its high level of craftsmanship where human intervention still represents the core of activity, from selecting the raw materials to packaging the end product. In 2006, the company became part of the Virgilio group through Brendolan Spa, with the aim to valorise the Group's salamis, cured meats and DOP cheeses with final consumers plus the advantage of the most advanced packaging methods. |
